YCW Limbe Deanery set to Revamp Dormant Sections

Young Christians Workers (YCW) under Limbe deanery in the Archdiocese of Blantyre are set to revamp sections that have been dormant under the deanery.

Speaking during a mid year review meeting that was held at Holy-Ghost Parish in Blantyre, members agreed to revamp two sections of Bangwe and Kameza that are under Limbe deanery in the Archdiocese of Blantyre.

YCW Limbe deanery President,Kizito Kumwenda expressed a need for other sections to take part in revamping the two sections after hitches in reviving the sections last year.

Kumwenda also  explained that revamping the two sections signifies growth of YCW in the Archdiocese of Blantyre under Limbe deanery.   

  

During the meeting, Ndirande and Limbe sections were assigned to help revamping Bangwe section while  Chikapa and Nthawira sections were assigned to revamp Kameza section.

President for Ndirande section, Samuel Dafuleni said, their collaborative efforts with Limbe section will certainly center on conducting an awareness campaign at the targeted section to be followed by weekly visits.

This aproach has been adopted after evidently bearing fruits in the establishment of a new section at Ndirande parish outstation- which currently is taking wings.

Members of the YCW under Limbe deanery also discussed  financial reports compiled from each section under Limber deanery.
